Breathwork

While there are many different types of breathwork, the overall intended purpose is to effectively move energy through the body. 

Breathwork allows for the deep emotional release and holisitic healing that only the body can create.  Each session is unique to the individual, every time.  Those who have experienced breathwork can tell you that the sensations, imagery, and emotions that arise continuously evolve with each experience.

I will be gently guiding you through a type of Pranayama Breathwork. Specific breath patterns, sensory stimulation, and focused intent will help to create space in the body for the flow and release of stuck energy, old patterns, and programming.

Private breathwork sessions allow for one-on-one open discussion regarding the specific emotions and energies we can work to reprogram and release. 

*Group sessions provide a container in which you can feel supported and encouraged in the exploration of your inner emotional terrain. 

 

What you can expect from a breathwork session:

  • In all sessions you will be laying down on the floor with any pillows or blankets you find comforting.

  • I will gently guide and anchor you through opening up, emotional release, and a graceful return to a more peaceful state. 

  • You can expect to leave feeling less constricted both mentally and physically, as well as lighter and brighter!

 

*Group sessions are announced 3 weeks in advance and are a limited number of people.
